Big news for the neighbourhood — Chambers Coffee is coming to Melrose Central! Opening in July 2026, we'll soon be pouring and brewing our Sydney-roasted specialty coffee at Melrose Central, bringing the full Chambers café experience to the community.

Whether you're stopping by for a morning flat white, catching up with friends, or grabbing beans to take home, our new Melrose Central café will serve the same quality coffee we're known for right across Sydney — made by people who genuinely care about it.
